Inventory Condition Report Format

Our Inventory Condition Report (ICR) is a new and unique reporting system which is produced in a professional format and includes photographs and standardised detail reporting.

The report provides an easy comparative method for showing the ongoing condition of a property, a snapshot in time. It uses plain language and controlled mandatory text and photographs which focusing on decorative condition and cleanliness.

Each report contains;

  • Introduction page, to include property details and unique reference number
  • Table of contents
  • Property outline (Floor-plan)
  • Meter readings
  • Health & Safety information
  • Keys
  • Detailed description with room by room overview
  • Summary of condition ratings where they apply
  • An explanation of the outgoing inventory condition ratings
  • A signing off page

Against each room the following features are described and condition rated;

  • Doors
  • Floors
  • Walls
  • Ceilings
  • Windows
  • Fixtures and fittings
  • Contents

The reports are delivered electronically or hardcopy and are stored in a secure database. Each report has its own unique reference number maintaining traceability and are signed off by both parties.

Service Format

ICR Report & Check-In-Report; is the base report mapping all of the property
The Check-In-Report; is a comparison report to either the Check-In-Report or the Periodic Report
The Periodic Report; either a quarterly, 6 monthly or yearly inspection report dependent on client’s instructions
